I create events that offer an embodied way to tune in to your pleasure and radiance.

My live events will support you in your transformation by seeing the woman you desire to be, and r reminding you she has been there all along.

We will work together in sisterhood to remember your innate power as a woman.

We will love your shadow side instead of shaming it. We will drill down into whatever is blocking you.

Just like the American Buffalo, we will run TOWARDS the storm. We will LOVE the turbulence, because we know that on the other side of that portal  is the you you have been longing for.

And most of all we will connect and have FUN.

Women's Pleasure and Embodiment Circles: November 15th and December 13th

These are three hour immersive experiences to get you connected to your body and your radiance. We will move, dance, talk, share and process all that we are feeling TOGETHER. If you are new to this work my circles are the perfect place to find some fun and connection with amazing women in Sonoma County. When I circle, EVERYONE leaves smiling.

About ME

I am a 48 year old mother of two amazing daughters.

I have been married to a loving man for 14 years.

I was a University Composition Professor for ten years.

I have traveled the world, I speak two languages, I have amazing friends.


But one day deep in 2020, I was sitting at a stoplight driving somewhere to pick up someone for the hundredth time that year, and I could not stop the thought-

“this can’t be all there is.”

I vowed to change my life no matter what it took.

For the past four years I have been studying meditation, transformation, and earth based spirituality. And for the past twelve months I have been deep in mentorship with Regena Tomashauer, AKA, Mama Gena, who wrote Pussy: A Reclamation. I am certified through her School of Womanly Arts as a pleasure coach, and am currently in her high level Pussy Leadership Mastermind. This has been a complete and total immersion in embodiment, feminine flow, and all things pleasure and pussy. My other influences include: Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Maya Angelou, Pixie Lighthorse, Carolyn Elliot, Kasia Urbaniak and Amanda Frances.

I believe mother nature is a healer, and she made us, so we are an extension of her. I love hot springs, mountains, the beach, and most of all: spending time with women in all these places! I laugh a lot and am not afraid to leap for what I want. (My friends and clients tell me this gives them permission to do the same) I cannot wait to meet you and bring some of my infectious energy of love and connection into your world.

I was a teacher for twenty years, so I am also FULL of resources and am always recommending books and podcasts from my extensive library of knowledge. With me you get a coach, a mentor, and someone who truly understands the bones of transformation.

I offer 3 and six month containers where we meet weekly for one hour via Zoom. We will tune into your desires and together we will dive into your story and work to expand your pleasure which will in turn expand your power in the world. This work is not exclusively pleasure based. We will also work with your shadow to alchemize anything that has been holding you back. The work is profound, uplifting, and sometimes bone breakingly difficult, but I am a coach that gives EVERYTHING I have, and your experience with me will be high touch and completely catered to YOU and your needs.

Paying money "just" to make myself better feels like a stretch.

It takes a lot of courage to invest in yourself. And I know. Because I have. And I also know the value this brings. Book a call and let's talk. Often this resistance hides a fear that we can move through together and it will bring you in to your next level of expansion

Will this make me feel uncomfortable?

Yes. And it will make you joyful and sad and mad and happy. And I am here to hold all of it with you. My job is to support you in your KNOWING, to champion you through YOUR process, to help you see you already have all the answers you need.

Can I bring a friend?

Please!! I love creating community and expanding women's networks of high vibe goddesses! Whether it is to a live circle, or an online container, I like to say- I never met a stranger.

Does everyone in your life think you are crazy?

Pretty much! But I keep going anyway. Because it gives permission to everyone else to go a little crazy too.

Did you feel doubt when you started down this path?

Of course! Doubts are a part of transformation, and they are a shadow we get to move through on our way to the gold beneath them. As for me, I kept putting one foot in front of the other, because I was so committed to changing my life and being the creator of my own fate. It felt like I had no choice but to keep going. And I am so glad I did. AND some days doubt still creeps up, and I always call a sister to get through it,
