I had a guy in college tell me he could never date me because he knew that wherever I was I would be having the best time and he couldn't stand the jealousy of knowing that.

He wasn't wrong. I have often been known as the good time girl. I have even been paid to dance the Macarena!


But for about a decade, I forgot that it was important for me to have fun.

When I became a Mom I was convinced that I should give my girls EVERYTHING- that their needs should come before mine in order for me to to be a "GOOD" Mom. I thought my husbsand knew better than I did about what was best for our family, and for a spell the good time girl got REAL quiet.

This left me lost, depleted and totally drained of my creative spark- because without my joy, I wasn't ME.

So I have spent the past five years as an intrepid adventuress seeking my own pleasure. I have traveled the world, attended events, read countless books and explored my sexuality and my sensuality on a quest to discover what lights me up NOW. Because I am not the same woman I was in college. Cheap beer and late nights don't always fit the bill these days, but I have realized that making my joy, fun, pleasure and sexuality a priority in my own body has unlocked doors that were shut for far too long.

My circles are based in embodiment and joy. They are a space for women to let loose, get weird, be creative and be together. They are a perfect space to dip your toes into the you that you have been missing. And most of all- they are. . .

FUN.

All are welcome. Bring a friend. Be ready to laugh, move, cry, and explore in equal measure. Another thing about me is I am a super connector, and I make sure to give women the time, space, and permission to feel like their authentic selves in community. I also love to bring in all the different healers, entertainers, and epic facilitators I have met over the past three years. The line up is different every time, but we will always have tea and some chocolate, and find new ways to enjoy ourselves TOGETHER.

The DEETS

For the past 16 months I have been deep in mentorship with Regena Tomashauer, AKA, Mama Gena, who wrote Pussy: A Reclamation. I am certified through her School of Womanly Arts as a pleasure coach, and just completed six months in her high level Pussy Leadership Mastermind. This has been a complete and total immersion in embodiment, feminine flow, and all things pleasure and pussy. Over the past five years I have been deep in personal transformation work. My other influences include: Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Maya Angelou, Pixie Lighthorse, Carolyn Elliot, Kasia Urbaniak and Amanda Frances.

I love hot springs, mountains, trees, the beach, good food, good music, dancing, and most of all: spending time with women doing amazing things. I love big and laugh a lot and am not afraid to leap for what I want. (My friends and clients tell me this gives them permission to do the same) I cannot wait to meet you and bring some of my infectious energy of love and connection into your world.

I was a teacher for twenty years, so I am also FULL of resources and am always recommending books and podcasts from my extensive library of knowledge. With me you get a coach, a mentor, and someone who truly understands the bones of transformation.

I offer 3 and six month containers that are high touch, high transformation experiences. We will meet weekly, in person or on Zoom and message in between sessions. I will teach you the pleasure practices I have learned through Mama Gena, and the many other masters I have studied in the past five years. We can work on any area of expansion you desire, and you will learn how to keep yourself in pleasure even through your greatest challenges. The work is profound, uplifting, and sometimes challenging, but I am a coach that gives EVERYTHING I have, and your experience with me will be held in the most gentle, loving way.

Will this make me feel uncomfortable?

Yes. And it will make you joyful and sad and mad and happy. And I am here to hold all of it with you. My job is to support you in your KNOWING, to champion you through YOUR process, to help you see you already have all the answers you need.

Can I bring a friend?

Please!! I love creating community and expanding women's networks of high vibe goddesses! Whether it is to a live circle, or an online container, I like to say- I never met a stranger.

Does everyone in your life think you are crazy?

Pretty much! But I keep going anyway. Because it gives permission to everyone else to go a little crazy too.

Did you feel doubt when you started down this path?

Of course! Doubts are a part of transformation, and they are a shadow we get to move through on our way to the gold beneath them. As for me, I kept putting one foot in front of the other, because I was so committed to changing my life and being the creator of my own fate. It felt like I had no choice but to keep going. And I am so glad I did. AND some days doubt still creeps up, and I always call a sister to get through it,
